Just the chance to do good work and be seen for who you are.

We offer cleanings that are bold, respectful, and judgment-free. Some gigs are playful, some are standard, but all are rooted in professionalism, discretion, and care. This isn’t just about dust and baseboards — it’s about giving people back a little piece of their dignity, whether they’re hiring us or joining us.

But Step Bros is only one piece of the puzzle.

Our nonprofit arm. We hand out resource kits, warm meals, and real compassion to folks who’ve been displaced or forgotten. No red tape. No pity. Just help — and hope.

Our next level. Once someone’s ready, we offer training in soft business and admin skills so they can step into something bigger. We’re not just handing out work — we’re handing people the tools to rebuild.

Our dream space. A late-night donut shop that doubles as a venue for drag, comedy, poetry, and every other form of magic we’ve been told is “too much.” It’s where people come to feel something — to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
