Every Step Bros gig starts with a quick consultation. It’s how we stay safe, prepared, and efficient. Whether you’re booking a light clean, moving help, or a B-Side fantasy, we need to understand your space and your expectations before we bring in the team.

You’ll choose either a virtual or in-person consultation — both are short, respectful, and required before we confirm your clean.

Why This Matters

We’ve done it the other way — and it never works.

Without a walkthrough or basic info up front, we show up under-prepped, over-extended, and unable to give you the service you deserve.  So now, we do it right:We look first. We prep smart. We show up ready.

Virtual Consultation

  • Quick video chat

  • Fill out our digital intake form

  • Optional: attach photos of the space

  • Get your Service Agreement via DocuSign

  • Lock in your time + team 

Great if you’re busy, prefer remote planning, or have a tight schedule.

In-Person Walkthrough

  • We stop by to assess the space

  • No forms or contracts needed up front

  • We ask the right questions, see the layout, and get a feel for what you need

  • Agreement comes after — once we know what the job will take 

Best if you’re more comfortable walking us through things in person.

The B-Side

In-Person Consultation

We’ll swing by for a quick walk-through of your space. No cleaning, no pressure — just a chance to meet in real life, ask questions, and make sure we show up next time with the right crew, tools, and game plan.

After the visit, you’ll get your personalized quote, intake form, and service agreement so you can book with confidence.

Virtual Consultation

Prefer to stay comfy on the couch? You’ll get an instant video link when you book. At the scheduled time, we’ll hop on a quick call to tour your space (camera or photos — your call), chat about expectations, and answer any questions.

Afterward, we’ll follow up with your quote, intake form, and service agreement — just like we would in person.

Whichever you choose, the goal is the same:
