Our work is built on consent, discretion, and mutual respect, and this agreement helps make sure those values are protected for both you and our team.
1. Overview
Step Bros. Cleaning & Services, LLC (“Service Provider”) provides novelty-based, light residential cleaning services through its employees and/or independent contractors. These services are non-professional in nature and are offered solely for general tidying and aesthetic improvement. The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider does not provide deep cleaning, licensed janitorial services, or any form of adult entertainment.
2. Mutual Consent and Right to Terminate
All services rendered under this Agreement are contingent upon the ongoing, mutual consent of both Parties. Either the Client or the Service Provider may terminate service at any time, for any reason, without penalty. If a cancellation is initiated by the Client within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time, any pre-paid fees may be deemed non-refundable at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. Services may be terminated immediately, without refund, in the event of any conduct deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in breach of this Agreement.
3. Professional Conduct and Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the duration of the service. The Client shall not engage in any physical contact, sexually suggestive behavior, or request any activity outside the clearly defined scope of services. Step Bros. Cleaning & Services, LLC personnel reserve the right to immediately terminate any service if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or if the Client’s conduct violates this provision.
4. Confidentiality
All personally identifiable information, service details, and observations made during the course of services are considered confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s prior written consent or as required by law. All personnel operating under this Agreement are contractually bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with the Service Provider.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Step Bros. Cleaning & Services, LLC, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, from any claims, damages, or liabilities, except where such loss is caused by gross negligence on the part of the Service Provider. The Client is solely responsible for securing fragile, breakable, or high-value items prior to service. Claims for alleged damage or loss must be submitted in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of the completed appointment.
6. Pet Policy
For the safety of both personnel and animals, the Client shall disclose the presence, type, and temperament of all pets at the time of booking. All animals must be properly secured, confined, or removed from the service area during the appointment. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet poses a safety risk, causes interference, or was not properly disclosed. The Client assumes full responsibility for any incidents, injuries, or damages caused by pets during the service period.
7. Security Camera and Recording Policy
The Service Provider encourages the use of personal home security systems during the provision of services. Any audio, video, or photographic recordings made by the Client must be used exclusively for private documentation or safety purposes. The Client agrees not to distribute, share, or publish any such recordings without prior written consent from all recorded parties. The use of such recordings for blackmail, harassment, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
8. Discretion and Non-Judgment Commitment
Step Bros. Cleaning & Services, LLC affirms its commitment to delivering services in a discreet, non-judgmental, and affirming manner. The Client shall not be subjected to judgment, stigma, or commentary based on the condition of their residence, personal lifestyle, or reason for engaging the Service Provider. All services are provided with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas. The Parties agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.
