Here’s how it works from booking to wrap-up:

1. Start with a Consultation

Before most services, we’ll do a free, short consultation.

Why? Because every space is different — and so are you. This helps us understand what you need, who to send, and how to show up prepared.

2. Booking the Job

Once we know what’s needed, you’ll get a quote and a clear time window.

We show up with the tools, the energy, and usually a second Bro — because two heads and four hands get the job done better.

3. What We Bring

  • All tools and supplies (eco-friendly where possible)

  • Step Bros tank tops or clean attire (never uniforms)

  • Consent-first energy and a focus on comfort

  • Communication before and during the job

  • A speaker if you’re cool with music while we work

4. Payment & Pricing

You’ll always know the rate up front — no surprise fees.

Flat rates for some services (like Deep Cleaning or Car Detailing), and hourly for others (like Odd-(ish) Jobs or Yard Work).

Payment is due after service is complete. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

5. Aftercare & Support

Need a receipt? Have a note about the experience? We follow up after each gig. If something went sideways, we’ll fix it.
