1. Booking First (Consultation Optional)

Most of the time, you go straight into booking the service you need.
On the form, you’ll have the option to request a quick consultation — but it’s not required. If you’re ready to roll, so are we.

2. Locking It In

Once you choose your service, we’ll confirm the details, give you a clear quote, and set the time. Most jobs come with a duo — because two heads and four hands just work better.

3. What We Bring

• All tools & supplies (eco-friendly where possible)

• Step Bros tank tops or clean attire (never stiff uniforms)

• Consent-first energy & a focus on comfort

• Communication before and during the job

• A speaker, if you’re cool with music while we work

4. Payment & Pricing

No surprises. You’ll always see the rate up front.

• Flat rates for set services (like Deep Cleaning or Car Detailing).

• Hourly for flexible ones (like Yard Work or Odd Gigs.
  Payment is due after the job’s done. Tipping? Appreciated, never expected.

5. Aftercare & Support

Need a receipt? Have feedback? We’ll follow up after every gig. If something went sideways, we’ll fix it. If it went great, we’d love a review.
