QR-QT Returns Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the expectations, limitations, and terms of service for QR-based return pickups offered by Step Bros Cleaning & Services LLC, operating under the division known as QR-QTs.

By booking a QR-QT service, you agree to the following terms:

What We Do

  • We pick up your return-eligible item(s) from your home, job, or other specified location.

  • We scan and process valid QR-code-based returns (Amazon, USPS, UPS, Kohl’s, etc.).

  • We package or bag items if needed (basic materials included).

  • We drop the item off at the appropriate return location.

  • We send a confirmation text upon completion of the drop-off.

Service Hours

  • Standard QR-QT pickup hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Locker Rush add-on ($3) available for after-hours Amazon Hub Locker returns only, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

  • Provide an accurate pickup address, including access notes if necessary.

  • Upload a valid QR code or digital return label in advance.

  • Ensure your item is eligible for drop-off without requiring an ID or signature.

  • Confirm the return is within the size limits of a standard SUV trunk.

  • Communicate clearly regarding any special instructions.

Limitations

We do not handle:

  • Oversized items (e.g., furniture, large electronics, appliances)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Returns requiring ID, signatures, or in-person authorization

  • High-value items that require insurance or tracking beyond the return provider's default

If the return cannot be completed due to missing QR codes, ineligible items, or unreachable drop sites, we will attempt to contact you.
If no response is received within a reasonable time frame, the item will be returned to the original pickup location.

Communication & Confirmations

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the item is picked up.

  • You’ll receive another message after successful drop-off, including time and location (when applicable).

Pricing

  • Flat Rate: $10 per pickup (includes up to 3 items of reasonable size).

  • Locker Rush (Amazon-only): $3 add-on for same-day evening locker drop.
