QR Returns & Logistics Service Agreement

Effective Date: Upon booking services through Step Bros. Cleaning & Services LLC

This QR Returns & Logistics Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of QR Returns & Logistics services by Step Bros. Cleaning & Services LLC (“Service Provider,” “Step Bros.,” “we,” “our”) to clients (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By booking or receiving these services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Step Bros. provides the following services (“Services”):

  • Pick-up of packages, returns, or items from your designated location.

  • Preparation of items for return, including packaging if requested.

  • Drop-off of items at the designated carrier, vendor return center, or shipping location.

  • Basic communication regarding service completion or issues encountered.

Step Bros. does not guarantee merchant refunds, store credits, or acceptance of returned items by carriers or vendors.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate return information, including QR codes, labels, and instructions.

  • Ensure items are ready for pick-up at the agreed time and place.

  • Disclose fragile, oversized, perishable, or restricted items in advance.

  • Refrain from sending prohibited, hazardous, or unlawful items.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Standard QR Return fee: $10 per return (includes pick-up and drop-off).

  • Additional fees may apply for packaging, oversized items, multiple drop-offs, or extended travel.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • All fees are non-refundable once Services have been rendered.

4. Risk of Loss & Limitation of Liability

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once items are tendered to the designated carrier or return center.

  • Step Bros. is not responsible for delays, damages, or refusals by carriers, vendors, or third parties.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific return.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Step Bros., its members, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of this Agreement,

  • Provision of prohibited items, or

  • Any third-party disputes regarding the contents of returned items.

6. Termination

Either party may cancel services before pick-up. Once services have begun, you remain responsible for applicable fees.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes lies exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Step Bros. regarding QR Returns & Logistics services. No verbal statements or prior agreements alter these terms.

Note: By booking a QR Return service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and consent to its terms.
