Cleaning Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the expectations, boundaries, and terms of service for cleaning-related work performed by Step Bros Cleaning & Services LLC (“The B-Team”).

By booking a service, the client agrees to the following:

What We Offer

We provide novelty-based, light and deep residential cleaning services that prioritize comfort, aesthetics, and emotional reset. We are not licensed cleaners — and we don’t pretend to be. We show up with real care, gloves on, and music in the background.

Our services include:

  • Light Cleaning (surface tidying, dishes, floors, trash)

  • Deep Cleaning (baseboards, appliances, grime detail)

  • Move-Out Shine (rental turnover reset)

  • After-Party Pickups (trash removal, deodorizing, bathroom resets)

We do this with judgment-free presence and good energy — not chemicals and clipboards.

Mutual Consent & Right to Cancel

This is a two-way relationship. Either the client or Step Bros may end a service at any time for any reason. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to keep any prepaid fees to cover lost time.

If the environment is unsafe, disrespectful, or otherwise violates this agreement, we reserve the right to leave immediately without refund.

What We Don’t Do

For safety and legal reasons, we do not provide:

  • Mold or biohazard cleanup

  • Hoarder remediation or large-scale junk removal (unless coordinated in advance)

  • Licensed janitorial or industrial cleaning

  • Any form of adult entertainment

  • Any cleaning task involving bodily fluids, vermin, or hazardous materials

We are the B-Team — not hazmat, not commercial, not corporate. We clean where we can be human.

Conduct & Boundaries

We ask that all clients maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times. This means:

  • No physical contact

  • No inappropriate requests or comments

  • No behavior that makes our crew feel unsafe or uncomfortable

Our workers can end the service immediately if these boundaries are crossed — no discussion, no refund.

Pets

We love animals — but safety comes first.
Please let us know if pets will be present, and make sure they’re secured, crated, or supervised during the appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or end service if an undisclosed or unmanaged pet becomes a concern.

Cameras & Recording

You're welcome to run home security systems during the appointment. If you plan to record video or audio, it must be used for personal documentation or safety purposes only.
Recordings may not be distributed, published, or shared without the consent of everyone involved.

Harassment, blackmail, or exploitation through recorded content will result in immediate termination of services and legal escalation if needed.

Discretion & Non-Judgment Guarantee

Limitation of Liability

Step Bros Cleaning & Services LLC, including all employees and contractors, is not liable for damage or loss unless due to gross negligence. Clients are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the appointment.

Claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the completed service.

Legal Stuff

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled in Travis County, Texas.
