Q: Are you licensed professional cleaners or movers?
A: Nope — and that’s kind of the whole point.
We’re a novelty-based, non-professional crew. We offer cleaning, organizing, light lifting, QR returns, yard work, and odd jobs — all judgment-free. We’re not certified, we’re not OSHA, and we’re not trying to be. We just show up and do it with heart.
Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: A little of everything:

24/7 Odd(ish)-Jobs like errands, waiting for service techs, emotional support tasks, etc.
If it doesn’t require a license, fits in an SUV, and doesn’t violate OSHA… we probably do it.
Q: Do I need to be home during the job?
A: Not at all.
Just give us access instructions (gate code, lockbox, hidden key, etc.) and we’ll handle it. You’ll get a text when the job starts and another when it’s wrapped.
Q: Do you judge messy homes or weird requests?
A: Never. Not once. Not ever.
We’ve seen it all — and some of us have been through it all. Our crew isn’t here to judge your mess. We’re here to help you feel a little more at home in your space.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: You can cancel anytime, but please give us at least 24 hours if you can.
If we’re already on the way or prepped supplies, we may hold a portion of the payment. We’ll always be reasonable — we know life happens.
Q: What’s the deal with QR returns (QR-QTs)?
A: You give us your item + your Amazon/UPS/USPS return QR code — we scan it and drop it off for you.
No printer. No label. No ID. No stress.
$15 flat. Add $3 if you need an after-hours Locker Rush.
We’ll even pick it up from your job if we have to. Yes, we’re those people.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We’re based in Austin, Texas for now — proudly weird, proudly queer, proudly down to do that one task no one else will touch. We will be in a city near you soon enough bb.
Q: Can I request a specific Bro?
A: If you vibe with someone from a past job, let us know and we’ll try to send them again.
We match team members based on availability, comfort, and energy — no one’s ever forced to take a gig, and we want the chemistry to feel right.
Q: Do I have to tip?
A: You don’t have to — but it’s always appreciated.
Tips go directly to the Bro(s) who did the work. You can tip in cash, through pay apps, or the invoice sent (flirting is kinda nice too)
Q: Do you bring your own tools and supplies?
A: Yep.
We bring all the basics — vacuums, all-electric yard tools, trash bags, tape, extension cords, a giant JBL speaker, and vibes.
No upcharges. No nickel-and-diming. No nonsense.
Q: Do you offer discounts or packages?
A: Yes — we have bundle rates for move-outs, cleaning + yard combos, tech & decor pairings, and more.

Q: Is this really 24/7?
A: If it’s an Odd(ish)-Job, or Cleaning, then yes.
Need help at 10 PM? 2 AM? If we have a Bro available, we’ll show up. We are that bitch.
Returns typically run 9–5, but we’re always open to special requests.
