This All Started With Fire
Step Bros didn’t come from money or mentorship.
It came from a will of fire, a few cleaning tools, and a dream:
to build something for the overlooked — by people who know what it means to be overlooked.
Before there was a logo, there was action.
There was a house cleaned with no running water.
There were late-night gigs done with tears in our eyes and glitter still on our hands.
There were returns picked up for people who couldn’t speak.
There were breakdowns. And breakthroughs.
And through it all, there was the B-Team —
not perfect, not polished, but present.

Austin Take A Chance Organization – Our nonprofit sibling, delivering dignity kits, warm meals, and street-level outreach to those displaced or overlooked by systems that should’ve protected them.
Enter Spaces – The creative engine. The business container. The incubator for every chaotic dream we’ve turned into structure.
Bridges & Anchors – Our quiet revolution. A people-first initiative that helps Step Bros crew (and others) find what’s next. Whether it’s building a resume, launching a side hustle, connecting to mentors, or just learning how to hope again — Bridges & Anchors offers the tools, structure, and belief to say:
“You’re not stuck here. We’ll help you cross.”
This isn’t just a job. This is a springboard.
Because we don’t just serve our clients. We serve our team.
