Odd(ish)-Jobs Service Agreement
This agreement outlines the expectations, limitations, and terms of service for “Odd(ish)-Jobs” provided by Step Bros Cleaning & Services LLC.
By booking an Odd(ish)-Job, the client agrees to the following terms:
What Counts as an Odd(ish)-Job
Our Odd(ish)-Jobs service is here for the weird, the in-between, and the “can someone just help with this?” moments.
Common examples include:
Waiting at home for a delivery or technician
Running errands (pickups, drop-offs, non-return tasks)
Party setup or breakdown
Light assembly (flat-pack furniture, decor, simple installs)
Tidying, labeling, sorting, or closet resets
Emotional support tasks (yes, we’ll light a candle and hold space)
If it fits in a car, doesn’t require a license, and isn’t dangerous — we probably do it.
Service Hours
Odd(ish)-Jobs are available 24/7.
Overnight or short-notice jobs are subject to availability but we will always try to make it happen.
What We Don’t Do
To keep everyone safe and within scope, we do not perform:
Licensed trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Wall-mounting TVs or drilling into masonry
Heavy lifting requiring professional movers (couches, appliances, safes, etc.)
Medical care or supervision
Cleaning up bodily fluids or hazardous materials
Tasks involving weapons, illegal activity, or unsafe conditions
If you're unsure if something qualifies, we encourage you to ask — we’ll always give you the honest B-Team answer.
Communication & Expectations
Clients must clearly describe the job before booking.
If the job changes significantly once we arrive, additional time or pricing may apply.
Special instructions, gate codes, and preferred contact methods should be included at the time of booking.
Our workers reserve the right to leave or decline service if a situation feels unsafe or misrepresented.
Pricing
Standard rate: $65/hr
After-hours or overnight jobs: Same rate, but may require confirmation of crew availability
Special requests or multi-person jobs: Priced on a case-by-case basis with full transparency
Respect & Consent
We operate from a place of kindness, comfort, and consent — for both clients and crew.
That means:
No inappropriate comments or behavior
No touching without explicit permission
No assumptions about gender, identity, or background
Respect goes both ways — we’re here to help, not to be harassed
We know this isn’t your average service — and that’s the point.
You’re not booking perfection. You’re booking presence. A real person showing up with tools, time, and no judgment. The B-Team doesn’t exist to impress anyone — we’re here to help. To hold space. To carry the awkward stuff. To laugh with you at midnight while we build a shelf or sort your life back together.
